From design to production

The NORVELY® brand has its distinctive style and original design. Exceptional quality and precise handmade work is highlighted by original beads made of precious metal that give our bracelets a truly unique look. But to offer really unique jewelry, you need to make them first. The distinctiveness and uniqueness of our bracelets is mainly due to their composition. And so the beads made of precious metals, which are our unique pattern, are carefully designed to the last detail.

How are beads made?

At the beginning is the idea. It shows how the finished bracelet should look and then make beads. In order to realize our vision, we must first draw all the beads before production. The design of each bead is detailed, including the dimensions of each detail. With each bead we spend several hours on paper. Then, the 3D profile of the bead is modeled. As soon as we are sure of all the details, the design goes into production. The beads are made of silver with a purity of 925/1000. Some beads are plated with gilding or ruthenium depending on the appearance we want them to be. After plating or oxidation, the beads are thoroughly polished and checked. Our silver is good

The silver we use to make our jewelery does not contain harmful substances such as nickel or cadmium. We regularly inspect its composition using specialized companies that focus on silver testing and control. We are also registered with the Assay Office of the Czech Republic. We use only silver 925/1000 which is also called as sterling silver.
